Leonard Stigall Sr., and his wife Doris have been married for 30 years. They share a deep love of the outdoors and enjoy hunting, fishing and camping together. Leonard is the team leader for a party of four North East Washington Bigfoot Researchers Unlimited. He has been interested in Bigfoot since 1967, but it wasn't until September of 1998 that he found evidence that convinced him of Bigfoot's existence. While bear hunting in eastern Washington, he found a track that looked like a human footprint, except it measured 16 inches in length! With many years of hunting and tracking experience under his belt he knew this was a unique find. He and Doris would love to talk to others with stories about Bigfoot.

Jean Reedy is second in command of North East Washington Bigfoot Researchers Unlimited. She was raised in the woods and enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, panning for gold, and researching old homesteads. She prefers to spend her time camping in the wild and taking pictures of wildlife and birds. About 2 years ago she met Fred Bradshaw. They enjoy sharing stories about some of the places they have been and the weird things they have seen. A year later she had the opportunity to get close enough to a couple of Bigfoot to get vocal recordings and plaster casts. She hopes to find them again so she can take their picture. With her years of tracking experience she has a good chance of accomplishing this. She would love to share stories and facts with other Bigfoot enthusiasts.

Laura Lorton, is the North East Washington Bigfoot Researchers Unlimited team coordinator and secretary. She and her brother Leonard Stigall Sr. started N.E.W.B.R.U. and have been working together since 1967. She has been roaming the woods most of her life camping, hunting, fishing and hiking. She has experience tracking animals in all types of terrain and enjoys photographing wildlife. She knows how to use blinds for photographs and hunting. Sometimes when camping she has experienced strange things she can't explain. She wanted to learn more so she and Leonard established N.E.W.B.R.U. to investigate these occurrences. They have been a team since 1967. She has been interested in Bigfoot all her life and in 1999 was able to see some of these creatures. She would like to hear from others who have seen Bigfoot.

We the researchers of N.E.W.B.R.U. want to welcome our newest member of our team. Cleve Lorton (Moe) like his mother Laura and his uncle Leonard spends most of his spare time in the woods. He has been looking for Bigfoot since he was about 10 years old. He spent 3 years in the armed forces as a medical specialist and keeps us patched-up. Moe is an excellent wild life tracker and enjoys hunting, camping and fishing.
He has seen and heard a lot of strange things in the woods and has had two encounters in the last 5 years, which only makes him want to do more research and learn more about Bigfoot.
Moe would like to talk with anyone who has had a Bigfoot encounter.

N.E.W.B.R.U. Is also associated with John Bindernagel an ecologist from Canada, Jeff Meldrum an anthropologist from Idaho, Fred Bradshaw, and Ron Knapp founder of the Washington Bigfoot Research Group. Please see our links page for links to there sites..
