Agility

We've been bit by the agility bug!!!!

Merlin and I started competing in earnest in 2004. In NADAC competitions we earned our Novice titles in Gamblers, Jumpers and Regular, and have started competing in Open. We have also earned our Jumpers and Regular Novice titles in ASCA. In August we entered our first AKC trial and qualified in both runs that we entered, taking High in Class in the Novice A Standard 20" class. We finished our Novice AKC Regular title in Moscow, again with a High in Class in the Novice A Standard 20" Class. Only two more Novice titles to go: ASCA Gamblers and AKC Jumpers with Weaves!

Turk and I started competing in 2004 too. Turk is a still a bit tentative on the teeter, but he shows tremendous potential...He loves the sport and is a speed-demon! Now I just need to adjust my handling to live up to his potential!!!

The rest of the gang are either still in training or simply enjoy running a short agility course at home.

Merlin, Turk and I will continue competing at a few west-side competitions this winter, then watch for us at Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area competitions next year.
