To set POVN as your Home Page you will first need to highlight the web address in the URL bar at the top of the browser window.

Once it is highlighted you will need to right click and choose "Copy".

Next you will need to locate the icon at the top right hand side of the browser window that looks like a wrench.

In the drop down menu choose "Options".

Now you will see a section labeled "Home Page".

In the field labeled "Open This Page" paste the POVN URL by right clicking inside of the field and choose "Paste".

Last, click the icon on the left hand side of the browser window that looks like a house.

You will see that it opens a new tab and POVN is now your Home Page!

In the drop down menu choose "Options".

This will bring up a drop down menu. Move your mouse down to "Settings". An additional drop down menu will appear. You will want to click on "Preferences".
