NON-FAIR TIME KITCHEN USE AGREEMENT
This agreement, entered the day of last signing set forth below between _______________________________________, hereafter referred to as "vendor" and the Pend Oreille County Fair Board, hereafter referred to as "board" for the use of the kitchen facilities at the Pend Oreille Fair Grounds for the following period of time:
PROPOSED DATES OF USE: ___________________________________
FEE FOR USE: The fee for use of the kitchen is $50.00 per event, plus $100.00 cleaning deposit which will be returned at the time of final inspection.
BOARD is responsible for the following:

Kitchen space, appliances, coolers, freezer, range and grill are included in the kitchen space.

Electricity, water, sewer and garbage service are included in the cost of the use of the facility;

Inspection of the facilities at the time of departure of the prior user, to assure that the facility is left in clean and sanitary condition;

Inspection of the facilities at the time new group enters, to assure that facility is ready to use;

Inspection at end of time of use to assure compliance with cleaning requirements;
VENDOR shall be responsible for the following:
- Payment of the agreed upon rental of the facility.
- Providing cleaning supplies and equipment for maintaining the sanitary conditions during use, and for clean-up prior to departure.
- Breaking down all cardboard boxes for easy disposal.
- Leaving the facility in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Assuring that all standards set by the Department of Health with respect to food handlers permits for personnel in the kitchen area are met.
