- No animals unloaded before vet inspection. Please have your vet inspection slip ready for the vet to sign. Animals will not be stalled without them. All animals must be on the grounds by 7:00pm Wednesday.
- Market sheep will be weighed in at 7:00pm Wednesday. At this time a decision must be made as to which lamb will sell, if they weighed in more than one.
- Each exhibitor will give personal hands-on care and supervision for at least 60 days.
- No washing of sheep permitted at the fair.
- If pens are not cleaned DAILY, exhibitors will lose their premiums pertaining to the sheep exhibit.
- All sire rams must be registered. No unaltered or short scrotum animals accepted.
- Fitting and Showing and Herd Improvement are in Department Q. Any youth entering a livestock animal at the Fair MUST enter and participate in the appropriate showmanship contest.
- Unmanageable animals will be removed from the grounds by: Overall Livestock Superintendents, Barn Superintendents or Judge.
